Subscription

In order to subscribe to our website, a user must first complete the subscription form. During subscription a user is required to give their name and email address. This information is used to contact you about the updates with our platform, now featured on our site, in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

Sharing

We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers, only to include the number of individuals subscribed or linked to our platform and their gender, if accessible. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

For purposes of this Section, “PII” means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person that you provide to EMOIR or that EMOIR otherwise acquires from or on behalf of you, your affiliates, or any of their respective personnel or agents in connection with the provision of services under this Agreement, whether in written, oral, electronic, or other form, and any copies thereof. An identifiable person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. Examples of PII include, but are not limited to, the following: account number (bank account, credit card, etc.), address, biometric identifier, license or identification number, date of birth, government identifiers (such as social security numbers), name, personnel number, photograph or video identifiable to an individual, vehicle identifier or serial number, and may also include other information related to an individual that may directly or indirectly identify the individual (e.g. salary, performance rating, purchase history, call history, etc.).

EMOIR will implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to (i) ensure the security and confidentiality of PII; (ii) protect against anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of PII; and (iii) protect PII from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into due account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the PII.

EMOIR shall comply with the confidentiality, privacy, and data security requirements of any federal, state, or local law or regulation in the United States that is applicable to it in connection with the performance of services under this Agreement.

If your business is located in any of the member states of the European Union, or otherwise has access to the PII of “data subjects” within the European Union for purposes of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), https://gdpr-info.eu, you agree to notify EMOIR in writing or by e-mail and obtain EMOIR’s consent prior to making any such PII available to EMOIR , and to indemnify EMOIR and hold it harmless from and against any liability EMOIR may incur as a result of EMIR’s use of such PII in accordance with the provisions of this Section and EMOIR’s privacy policy.
